Meet Aimee
Your in-app AI for workouts & nutrition logging
Aimee is a virtual character built into the PepTalk Peptides app. She is not a doctor, not a coach, and not a real person — she is an AI assistant designed to help you keep your journal consistent and your protocols organized.
Disclosure: Aimee is a virtual character. She is software, not a human, and not a licensed clinician.
What Aimee does in PepTalk Peptides
Aimee lives inside the PepTalk Peptides mobile app as a chat surface. When you tap her tab, you get a conversation interface where you can ask her to do practical, logging-focused tasks:
- Suggest workouts from the 451-exercise library. You tell her your goal (e.g., "upper body, 30 minutes, just dumbbells") and she pulls from the real, in-app exercise library curated by Jamie Esposito. You decide whether to start the session.
- Draft meal templates and grocery lists. Based on your past nutrition logs and macro targets, she can prepare a meal-plan skeleton you can edit. She does not prescribe calories or claim outcomes — she drafts so you do not start from a blank page.
- Suggest logging fields for your protocols. If your peptide journal entries are inconsistent, she will flag missing fields and offer to add them to your template — injection site, time, mood marker, sleep, energy.
- Surface patterns from your own data. If your check-ins show your sleep dropping on training days, Aimee will surface that pattern. She does not interpret it medically — she presents the trend and asks if you want to add a note.
- Voice + text input. You can speak to Aimee using the in-app voice logging feature (the same one used for meal logging), or type. PepTalk Peptides requests microphone + speech-recognition permissions for this — see the privacy policy.
Aimee is part of PepTalk Peptides's paid tiers (PepTalk Peptides+ at $9.99/mo with 20 chats per day, PepTalk Peptides Pro at $49.99/mo with unlimited chats). The free tier has the full logging surface without Aimee. See the pricing section.
Aimee + your wearable data
When you connect Apple Health or Google Health Connect, Aimee can ground her suggestions in your actual recovery state. If your HRV trends low for three nights, she will surface that before suggesting an intense session. If your weight log skips a week, she will offer to remind you tomorrow morning.
All of this is logging-side help — surfacing the data you already have, in a useful order. None of it is medical advice or interpretation. The pattern recognition is a prompt for you to reflect or talk to your provider, not a recommendation in itself.
What Aimee will and won't do
Aimee will:
- Structure your logging routine
- Suggest workouts from the library
- Draft meal-plan templates from your macro targets
- Surface patterns from your own check-ins
- Generate grocery lists from a meal plan
- Remind you of fields you have been skipping
- Pull citations from the in-app research library
Aimee will not:
- Provide medical advice
- Recommend doses or routes of administration
- Diagnose conditions or interpret labs
- Replace your healthcare provider
- Tell you what peptide to take or stack
- Triage symptoms
- Pretend to be human
Privacy & the underlying model
Aimee uses a third-party language model under a paid API contract. When you send Aimee a message, the prompt is forwarded to that model with sensitive identifiers stripped. Your free-form chats are not used to train the model; PepTalk Peptides pays for inference, not for fine-tuning rights.
On-device first wherever possible: workout suggestions and meal templates are generated server-side, but your raw journal entries stay on your device unless you have explicitly enabled cloud sync from Settings → Privacy. See the privacy policy for the complete data-flow disclosure.
We do not sell user data. We do not share user data with advertisers. Aimee's prompts and your in-app activity power Aimee's context for you — they do not leave the system for any other purpose.
Where to find Aimee in the app
- Open the PepTalk Peptides app on iOS or Android.
- Tap the PepTalk Peptidestab in the bottom navigation — that's Aimee's home.
- Start with a simple prompt: "Suggest a 30-minute upper body workout" or "Draft my lunch."
- Review her suggestions, edit anything she got wrong, save what you want to keep.
Aimee is also available on the dashboard via the quick-action FAB, and she surfaces gently in the daily check-in flow if she notices a missing field.
Frequently asked questions
Is Aimee a real person?+
No. Aimee is a virtual AI character built into the PepTalk Peptides app. She has a name and a friendly personality, but she is software — an LLM-backed assistant — not a real human and not a licensed clinician.
Can Aimee tell me what peptide to take or what dose to use?+
No. Aimee will not recommend doses, prescribe protocols, or tell you what to take. Protocol decisions live with you and a licensed healthcare provider. Aimee surfaces what you have logged and helps you keep the journal consistent.
What can Aimee actually do inside PepTalk Peptides?+
She drafts meal templates from your past logs, suggests exercises from PepTalk Peptides's 451-exercise workout library based on your stated goals, and surfaces patterns in your own check-in data. Think of her as a logging assistant, not a coach.
Where does Aimee's data come from?+
Aimee reads your own PepTalk Peptides journal — protocols, workouts, nutrition entries, daily check-ins, and any data you have synced from Apple Health or Google Health Connect. She does not pull from a third-party medical database to give you advice; she works with your records.
Is what I tell Aimee private?+
Your conversations with Aimee are tied to your PepTalk Peptides account and protected under our privacy policy. PepTalk Peptides does not sell user data. A third-party AI service provider processes the prompt under their terms; sensitive identifiers are stripped before transmission. See the privacy policy for the full data-flow.
What does Aimee do if I describe a medical symptom?+
She redirects you to a licensed clinician — calmly and explicitly. Aimee is not designed to triage symptoms, identify conditions, or recommend medications. Apple App Review Guideline §1.4.1 and equivalent FDA framing require this redirect, and it is built into her core behavior.
Can Aimee write me a workout program?+
She can suggest exercises from the in-app library (a real, curated set of 451 movements by Jamie Esposito) and draft a session layout from your past training data. She does not promise outcomes, set loads, or replace a qualified coach for technique.
Will Aimee diagnose me?+
No. Aimee will not diagnose anything. Health concerns belong with a licensed clinician.
Does Aimee read my Apple Health / Google Health Connect data?+
Only the categories you grant in the PepTalk Peptides app's integration settings. She uses those signals (steps, sleep, HRV, weight, heart rate) to make her logging suggestions more grounded. See the Apple Health and Google Health Connect integration pages for the full data inventory.
Why is Aimee a woman?+
Aimee is a virtual character; her name, voice, and presentation are design choices, not a claim about gender expertise. Users of every gender are welcome.
Can I turn Aimee off?+
Yes. Aimee chat is a feature of the PepTalk Peptides+ and PepTalk Peptides Pro tiers and can be disabled at any time from the in-app settings. PepTalk Peptides's logging features all work without her.
Does Aimee improve over time?+
The underlying language model is updated periodically by our AI service provider. Aimee's behavioral guardrails — the medical-redirect rules, the logging-tool framing — are PepTalk Peptides-owned and are versioned in our codebase. We do not use your private journal entries to fine-tune the model.
