By downloading, installing, or using PepTalk Peptides (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Educational use only

PepTalk Peptides is an educational platform. The content, tools, and AI responses provided by the Service are for research and educational purposes only. PepTalk Peptides does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions. PepTalk Peptides does not sell peptides or pharmaceuticals.

Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting any supplement, peptide, or medication protocol. Use of any information from PepTalk Peptides is at your own risk.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use PepTalk Peptides.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions (PepTalk Peptides+ and PepTalk Peptides Pro) are billed through Apple or Google. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel anytime via your device's subscription settings. Refunds are governed by Apple or Google policies. See our Subscription Terms for full billing disclosure.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to harm yourself or others.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or Aimee.
• Do not use PepTalk Peptides to obtain advice on treating specific medical conditions — that's what your doctor is for.

Limitation of liability

PepTalk Peptides is provided "as is." Giddyupp LLC makes no warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Giddyupp LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
