Your rights at a glance

Depending on where you live, you may have one or more of the rights below. PepTalk Peptides extends every right listed here to every user regardless of jurisdiction — it's simpler that way.

• Right to access — get a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Right to portability — receive that information in a machine-readable format.
• Right to delete — have your personal information erased, subject to limited legal exceptions.
• Right to correct — fix inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing— we don't sell or share your data with advertisers, but you have this right anyway and can confirm it explicitly.
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — restrict how we use health and biometric data beyond what's needed to operate the app.
• Right to non-discrimination — exercising any right here will not degrade your access to PepTalk Peptides or its features.

How to use your rights — from inside the app (fastest)

• Export your data: Profile → Export My Data — downloads a JSON of everything we have for you.
• Delete a single data type: Profile → Delete My Data — removes the tracked data without closing your account.
• Delete your whole account: Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or see the Account Deletion page.
• Revoke AI personalization: Profile → Health Profile → AI data consent toggle. Aimee continues to work; she just stops using your personal context.

How to use your rights — by email

Email privacy@peptalk.bio (or support@peptalk.bio) with:

• The right you're exercising (e.g. Access, Delete, Portability)
• The email address on your PepTalk Peptides account
• A short note confirming you're the account holder (or an authorized agent — see below)

We verify you by replying to the account email. Once confirmed, we respond within 45 days(CCPA / GDPR standard). If we need an additional 45 days for a complicated request, we'll tell you why. Authorized agents

You can designate an agent to submit requests on your behalf. We require written proof of the authorization plus verification of your identity before we'll act on the request.

Children

PepTalk Peptides is intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, email privacy@peptalk.bio and we will delete the account.

EU / UK users — additional rights

If you're in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our EU representative is appointed under Article 27 of the GDPR. Exercising any right on this page will not result in denial of goods or services, different prices, or different quality of service.
